ADHD Drugs Side Effects

ADHD No Comments »

The primary drugs used for ADHD has many side effects. The drugs and thier sude effects are covered in this video.

www.natural-adhd-cure.com Many people worry about ADHD drugs side effects and we should not be surprised. After all, some years ago, Health Canada banned the sale of Adderall there because there had been cases of sudden deaths due to cardiac health defects. In the USA, this drug, alomgside the most popular Ritalin is still available and there are many on the market like them. They are mainly stimulant ADHD drugs and there are the non- stimulants. The problem is that the ADHD drugs side effects for both types are almost the same. These include weight loss, stunted growth, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts and sleep challenges. This is enough to prevent any child from having a happy, healthy and normal childhood. There are doubts about how the actual drugs work and the Mayo Clinic mentions this fact that nobody knows except that they act on the brain chemicals and have the effects of calming a hyperactive child down. What the pharmaceutical giants forget to tell us is that the drugs act on the central nervous system and therefore there are more likely to be other problems such as insomnia and also depression is sometimes a co-morbid disorder. There are lots of ways we can provide a Ritalin alternative. http

Natural Cure For Depression, Bipolar, ADHD, Schizophrenia

ADHD 4 Comments »

This is an interesting natural therapy treatment used for ADHD, depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia. Worth taking a look at considering all the side effects of other pharmaceuticals.

This alternative therapy employs vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to create optimum nutritional content for the body, as well as the right environment and equilibrium. Like most alternative medicine techniques, orthomolecular medicine targets a wide range of conditions. [depression, bipolar, adhd, schizophrenia, add, addiction, alcoholism, drug addiction…] Orthomolecular medicine was developed by Linus Pauling, Ph.D., winner of two Nobel prizes, in 1968. It is designed to enable individuals to reach the apex of health and the peak of their performance by utilizing only naturally occurring substances (eg vitamins, minerals, enzymes, trace elements, co-enzymes). The proper balance of these substances in the body is the key to reaching physical, mental, and emotional health and stability. Orthomolecular medicine can be used therapeutically to treat diseases such as cancer and AIDS, or preventatively to impede the progress of degenerative disease and aging. When all is said and done, however, the main objective of orthomolecular medicine is to help the patient reach an optimal level of health; his or her self-esteem will probably improve in the process. Although orthomolecular medicine did not fully develop into a therapy until the late 1960’s when Pauling coined the term “orthomolecular,” the premise behind this practice originated in the 1920’s, when vitamins and minerals were first used to treat illnesses unrelated to nutrient deficiency. It was

Autism Recovery Using The Son-Rise Program®: Brandon, Recovering From Autism

Autism No Comments »

Here is something worth looking into. The Son-Rise program enabled this family to help their son out of the grips of autism.

www.autismtreatment.org – The Autism Treatment Center of America™, founded in 1974 by Samahria Lyte Kaufman and Barry Neil Kaufman, teaches parents a unique autism treatment called The Son-Rise Program®. The Son-Rise Program is a loving, accepting, home based approach that parents use to connect with their children and help them emerge from autism and other developmental disorders. It was awarded the Best Autism Therapy at the AutismOne National Conference. Brandon had been diagnosed with autism when he was two years old and the doctors said that there was nothing they could do. But they didn’t give up. They flew from Northern Ireland to Massachusetts to attend the Son-Rise Program® Start-Up Training Course at the Autism Treatment Center of America™. They have been running a Son-Rise Program® in their home, playing and working with Brandon. Now, despite the doctors’ predictions, Brandon is recovering from autism! Once he didn’t speak. He didn’t respond to his name. He spent hours watching the same video over and over, He had no interaction with his parents or anyone else. Now Brandon is in mainstream school. He has conversations, makes jokes and plays with his friends. He is a happy and social young boy. The Son-Rise Program®can change your child’s future . . . • You are your child’s best guide and resource • You join your child in their world rather than forcing them to conform to a world they don’t understand • Your child’s own motivation ignites their interest to join
