One that has variety would be good. My daughter had ADD in school and now works as a cashier at a major dept store and is off her medication for about 1 1/2 years. Or how about being a dispatcher? That would be constantly changing...every call would be different. Or you could be a bouncer...eyes roaming everywhere looking for trouble. How about a blackjack dealer...that's probably exciting... There's lots of things for people with short attention spans...you're on here, aren't you?
