How does someone with ADHD chill out mentally and physically?

When you have ADHD, what can you do when you want to relax and unwind in your downtime? ie, when you really have nothing else to do, or you don’t want to do anything because you’re already overworked.

I mean, just sitting down watching tv, walks on the beach, reading a book, these things do not help you ‘chill out’ at all.

So what can a person with unlimited ‘restless energy’ that can only be controlled with drugs, do to relax when they prefer not to use drugs?
